1.1 App: Refers to the “Bubbles” mobile Application owned by Green Bubbles Company.
1.2 Company: Green Bubbles Company, responsible for managing and operating the Application.
1.3 User(s): Any person using the Application to request services.
1.4 Service Provider: Individuals, workers, or entities authorized to provide the service.
1.5 Booking: A service that Users may select from the Application, including but not limited to house cleaning, furniture cleaning, and car cleaning in the country of service availability.
2.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the Bubbles mobile App ("App") and the services provided through it, including house cleaning, car cleaning, and more.
2.2 By using the App, Users agree to be bound by this Agreement. If Users do not agree, they must immediately stop using the App and its services.
2.3 The App is owned and operated by Green Bubbles Company.
2.4 To access the services, Users must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including full name, phone number, email address, and physical address.
2.5 Users must be at least 18 years old to use the App and its services.
3.1 The Company’s representatives or authorized Service Providers will honour bookings made and confirmed through the App.
3.2 The Company’s representatives or authorized Service Providers will perform the service with the highest levels of professionalism and quality.
3.3 The Company’s representatives or authorized Service Providers will deliver the service in a respectful and timely manner.
3.4 The Company’s representatives or authorized Service Providers will comply with all applicable local laws and regulations, including labour and safety laws.
4.1 Users are responsible for keeping their information up to date and accurate. Users are also liable for any damages resulting from the provision of incorrect information.
4.2 Users have the right to delete or terminate their accounts at any time by contacting Customer Service and may request the deletion of their data (except where legally required to retain it).
4.3 Users must not use the App to create illegal or offensive content, in accordance with applicable laws.
4.4 Users must honour their bookings and not abuse the rating system.
4.5 Users must provide a safe working environment for Service Providers, treat them with respect, and rate them fairly upon completion.
4.6 Users are responsible for the safety of their belongings and should store valuable items securely. The Company shall not bear responsibility for the loss of jewellery or other belongings.
4.7 Users must ensure their property (home or car) is accessible and ready for service at the booked date and time.
4.8 Users must not use the App for fraudulent purposes or for any activity that breaches the privacy of others.
5.1 Payment Terms: Payment for services must be made through the App using the available payment methods.
5.2 Payment Methods:
Cash on Delivery (default option)
Credit Card
Electronic Payment (if available via approved channels)
5.3 Taxes and Fees: Taxes are calculated in accordance with the hosting country's laws.
6.1 Users may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled service without incurring any fees.
6.2 If the User cancels within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.
6.3 If the User fails to show up at the scheduled time, a 100% cancellation fee may apply.
6.4 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 days using the original payment method.
7.1 All rights to the App (including logos, code, and designs) are owned by Green Bubbles Company.
7.2 Copying, modifying, or exploiting any part of the App is prohibited.
7.3 Use of the App for competitive or commercial purposes is prohibited.
8.1 The Company reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any amendments.
8.2 The Company is not responsible for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the use of the App or services, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable hosting country's laws.
8.3 The Company is not liable for the loss of any items on User property, including jewellery or other valuables.
8.4 The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time, with or without notice, due to a breach of this Agreement or for other reasons.
8.5 The Company does not store or have access to payment information and is not liable for any misuse resulting from the use of payment channels.
8.6 Cleaning results depend on the type of dirt and the age of the material. The Company does not guarantee 100% removal of stubborn stains.
8.7 The Company is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or security-related incidents.
8.8 The Company reserves the right to remove any review that is abusive, fraudulent, or contains inappropriate language.
9.1 The Company may send notifications to Users via the App, email, or mobile number.
9.2 Personal data such as name, phone number, address, and email is stored on Company servers and protected under applicable privacy and data protection laws.
9.3 User data may be shared with third-party service providers, where necessary to fulfil services.
9.4 For electronic payments, payment data is encrypted by the approved payment channels or gateways.
9.5 The Company uses advanced encryption protocols (e.g., SSL) to secure user data.
10.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates.
10.2 Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved amicably and, if not possible, by the competent judiciary.
